Kevin Rumble

Kevin has nearly thirteen years experience in the mortgage industry and is dedicated to assisting families with purchasing the home of their dreams.  With an extensive background in new construction, Kevin specializes in first-time homebuyers - helping them navigate the process and choose just the right loan to meet their financial situation and goals.

A well-versed mortgage professional, Kevin has experience with nearly every loan type and product available.  His broad understanding of the mortgage market gives Kevin the ability to not only finance a buyer’s first home, but to also provide the right financing as they are ready to move up or refinance along the way.

A 1994 graduate of Indiana University, Kevin resides with his wife and two children in the Fishers area.   In his spare time, he enjoys golf, baseball, camping, and spending time with his family and friends. 

Kevin worked very hard to get us into an affordable mortgage. Our credit situation was less than perfect, but Kevin still found us a very competitive rate and got us into the home that we wanted and the payment window that we could manage. Overall Kevin did a very good job for us and kept his focus on what was best for us financially. We were very happy with our mortgage and how Kevin performed for us.
