Chad Fallis

Chad has been a Mortgage Consultant for over 13 years.  He considers professionalism, service and integrity to be cornerstones of his business and has always committed himself to delivering the best possible experience for each transaction.  He believes that these philosophies are the reason why virtually all of his business comes from referrals and over half from previous clients.
Chad received his degree from Ball State University in 1994 majoring in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management.  Being a native Hoosier raised on a farm just north of Muncie, Chad retains a strong work ethic and appreciation for Indiana.  He continues to improve his knowledge through sales and leadership programs and industry related publications and workshops.
Chad currently lives in the Broad Ripple area of Indianapolis where he has served on the BRVA (Broad Ripple Village Association) Board of Directors.  He stays involved in the community by volunteering and supporting organizations such as the Realtor Foundation, Lambda Legal, Indiana Youth Group and HRC. He enjoys gardening, home improvement, architectural design, travel, fitness, biking, skiing, hiking, reading and spending time with friends.
