Andrew Franklin is in his ninth year as a Loan Officer and has experience in virtually every possible lending scenario.  Prior to that, Andrew worked in the real estate industry for nine years.

A dedicated professional, Andrew will coordinate all aspects of the loan process to ensure a smooth and timely transaction.  He has extensive experience in helping clients cut though the clutter to find the mortgage program that best fits their needs.  Andrew’s integrity, high standards and total commitment to his customers has resulted in an accomplished record of satisfied clients and referrals.

A 1991 graduate of Indiana University, Andrew has resided in Carmel for over 16 years.  He enjoys boating and spending time with his wife and two children.
